Everything is priced as a fixed monthly fee. If something falls outside it, we say so before we start.

Bookkeeping

We work in Xero or QuickBooks, whichever you already use. Bank feeds are reconciled weekly, purchase invoices are coded on receipt, and the month is closed by the tenth working day.

Charity reporting

Fund accounting for restricted and designated funds, SORP-ready trial balances, and grant reports in the format each funder asks for, not the one our software happens to produce.

Payroll and pensions

RTI submissions, auto-enrolment, P11D for the rare benefit in kind, and a payslip that a freelance lighting designer can understand.

Board support

A quarterly pack: income against budget, cash position, restricted balances and a short note on anything that needs a decision. We can attend the finance item if you would like us there.
